While I was growing through my childhood my observations of nature and my surroundings became more in harmony. The beauty of nature, the harmony of colours, shades, the movement of the clouds and the sky that constantly changes colour. Sky gives me a desirable feeling like a free bird, the bird that could fly within the heavenly landscape that was created by the Almighty God.
It's hard for me to express my feelings in a few words when I am observing the sunrise or the sunset, over the beautiful sea, or walking through the flower fields and seeing blooming flowers with amazing colours. I found myself being so eager to be there to capture all these moments within the frame of my canvas, that I could share with other people.
A few years ago, I visited my Iranian friend artist at his studio in London, at that point I discovered that painting is the right tool for me to express all my colourful memories from my childhood and to share them with my viewers. I use acrylic paints on my canvas, which I find a more suitable medium to convey my ideas. I hope that my paintings will remind you of the beautiful gift of life that could harmonize us with wonderful nature.
Since my childhood, I was so fascinated and attracted to my beautiful surroundings in the Lithuanian countryside. When I travel to any side of the world I experience all sorts of fascinating moments and sceneries which I try to include in my paintings. These breathtaking landscapes were imprinted in my memories and inspired me to create my paintings today.
